Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. PurplFrog reserves the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any reason.

In order to use the PurplFrog.com website, you must accept the following terms and conditions. PurplFrog reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

You are therefore advised to read these terms and conditions carefully each time you use the PurplFrog.com website.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.

The user certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

PurplFrog will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from the use of services on PurplFrog.com. This, without limitation, includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act or omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, or under any other cause of action.

PurplFrog.com will take full responsibility for your order.

I hereby authorize and give consent to PurplFrog to send me, by itself or through a third-party service provider, from time to time various alerts, SMS, messages or calls, commercial communication, and other services on the listed telephone numbers, even if these numbers are registered with the National Do Not Disturb Registry or listed in the National Customer Preference Register. I also confirm that by sending any such message/call, I will not hold any third-party provider liable or institute a complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or any applicable regulations including amendments. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of PurplFrog.

Requests for cancellations of orders once placed on PurplFrog.com shall be entertained within 1 hour of booking your order. You are requested to immediately email us at sales@purplfrog.com or call us at 9330351104 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

PurplFrog may automatically cancel your order if our team finds that payments have not been received. You will receive an email notification if we cancel the order.

PurplFrog.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra cost incurred by PurplFrog for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.

The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. PurplFrog.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If any user details are found not to be true, wholly or partly, PurplFrog has the right in its sole discretion to reject the user and disallow them from using the services of PurplFrog.com without prior notice.

PurplFrog will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his or her own card on the site.

PurplFrog shall not entertain any complaints after 48 hours, once the order is delivered.

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
