Exchange Policy

Dear Customers,

At PurplFrog, our priority is your satisfaction with our products. Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, broken, or shows signs of use upon delivery.

For damaged product exchanges, please email us at sales@purplfrog.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by an unboxing video. Regrettably, we cannot entertain exchange requests beyond this timeframe.

**ORDER CANCELLATION:**

For order cancellations, email us at sales@purplfrog.com. We can cancel orders only if the products haven't been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

**PARTIAL ORDER CANCELLATION:**

We do not accept partial cancellations, and refunds are not provided for partially returned orders.

**EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):**

You can exchange your T-shirt incase there is a size issue or incase you have received any damaged items. Email us at sales@purplfrog.com within 7days of delivery. You can create a request here. Once confirmed, we'll initiate an exchange pickup.

**SHIPPING TERMS FOR EXCHANGES:**

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we confirm the receive the product intact, we'll arrange a replacement order.
