For areas with non-serviceable pin codes, prepaid orders are delivered via Speed Post or alternative channels. Please note that delivery times may vary, and we're not responsible for delays. However, we'll do our best to fulfill these orders and provide support.

Our Cash On Delivery (COD) policy requires customers to cover shipping charges based on the total product weight. COD is available for orders up to INR 10,000. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice and require cancellation requests for COD orders to be emailed to support@purplfrog.com.

To ensure smooth COD transactions, the provided pin code must be serviceable. If not, an online payment method should be used. Remember, payments must be made upon delivery, and opening packages without payment isn't allowed. Credit/debit cards aren't accepted for COD orders.
